About Peter Dopp, PsyD
I spent my early career empowering and educating children, teens, and adults through service-learning and social justice projects. I led youth conferences, organized nonprofit management trainings, and facilitated retreats for diverse populations. I pursued my clinical training with the vision of combining my community experience with clinical training for the benefit of individuals and families confronted with serious mental illness.
My clinical experience has included: leading groups in day treatment and partial hospital programs and conducting individual therapy to address a broad range of problems in community mental health clinics in Western Massachusetts.
I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D.) at Antioch University New England in 2008. I am licensed to practice clinical psychology in Massachusetts.
I have specialized training from the International OCD Foundation in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I regularly seek consultation from other professionals and attend seminars for further training.
